What’s the status of my order?
You will receive an email with tracking number when your order is placed and again when it has shipped.
Where do you ship?
Currently orders are shipped to the 48 continental USA addresses only. Shipping, packing, and insurance are included in the purchase price of everything in the virtual gallery. After you place an order from this site, it will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 work days by USPS, Fedex, or UPS.
Artworks are packed very well and insure for the full value. If you receive a piece that is damaged in shipping, please contact immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipper. Retain all packing material for inspection by shipping company. Failure to retain packing materials and immediate notification will make it impossible to file a claim.
What’s your return policy?
Hoping you will be completely pleased with what you receive. Original paintings can not be exchange for another painting. If you receive a piece that is damaged in shipping, please contact immediately. Please do not return without contacting first.
