What payment methods do you accept?
Pay with PayPal or Pay with Major Credit Cards or Debit Cards excepted. To buy an artwork, just click on “Buy Now” Button and follow the instructions to buy it through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal account. You don’t need to open a PayPal account if you pay with a credit card. Shipping and handling are included in the price.
What’s the status of my order?
You will receive an email with tracking number when your order is shipped.
Shipping?
Currently orders are shipped to the 48 continental USA addresses. Shipping is included. After you place an order, it will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 work days by UPS or USPS. Delivery time: 2-7 days depending on your location.
Artworks are packed well and insure for the full value. If you receive a piece that is damaged in shipping, please contact immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipper. Retain all packing material for inspection by shipping company. Failure to retain packing materials and immediate notification will make it impossible to file a claim.
What’s your return policy?
Hoping you will be completely pleased with what you receive. Original paintings will not be exchange for another painting. If you receive a piece that is damaged in shipping, please contact immediately. Please do not return without contacting first. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making customers happy.
